When you join America’s Title, there are no upfront costs…in fact, there are no costs at all.  We cover it all!

Unlike the traditional underwriter, we do not have monthly minimums.   We know that some months are better than others and if you are just starting out on your own, there is some ramp up time.

America’s Title provides the software for you.  We use nationally recognized software that is easy to use and is fully integrated making everyone’s job easier!

America’s Title pays on a sliding scale based on your production level.  It does vary from State to State based on the individual requirements of the State, so it is best that you contact us directly for this information.  We will say that with over 100 agencies having joined us….it is a good deal and makes sense or we wouldn’t still be in business!

No, not at all.   America’s Title and it’s founding company have been operating in this manner for over 20 years.  We have it figured out and once you join us, you will see that there truly is an “easier way to do title”.

We have been underwritten by Old Republic (the hardest to get and the hardest to keep) for over 15 years.  We are also underwitten by First American and Westcor.

We handle it all.  Yes, we have completed our 3rd party audit and are fully compliant!

Well, I have to tell you that you probably won’t want to leave.  In fact, the very first closer we ever hired is still with us.  When you realize how much we free you up and reduce your liability, you won’t ever want to leave.

That being said, if you want to leave us (still have no idea why) you are free to go.  We do not require a “non-compete” or anything like that.  Your clients and customers are yours.  We only ask that you close out the files that you have pending and don’t leave us hanging with disasters.

No it will not disqualify you.  Unlike traditional underwriting, credit is not a huge concern with us as we handle all of the disbursements.
